- 7 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

How to make this chicken and orzo recipe
- Season the chicken thighs with Italian seasoning and gently place into a heated skillet or Dutch oven with some olive oil
- Sear the chicken thighs for a few minutes, then flip over with tongs. To the pot, add in the rest of the ingredients
- Gently stir so that the orzo is wet with the broth, top with a few lemon slices, put a lid on the pot and cook for 25-30 minutes
- Remove the lid and test to make sure the orzo and chicken are cooked through. Divide into 4 bowls or plates, garnish with parsley and a lemon wedge
