How to make Tex Mex Hash
Warm some olive oil in a 4 quart skillet on the stovetop on low heat. Brown the ground turkey
Add in diced onion and cook until it becomes translucent, then sprinkle everything with the taco spice blend
Add in the diced sweet potato, black beans (drained and rinsed), and chopped broccoli
Pour in the chicken broth, stir so that everything is combined, and cover the skillet with a lid
Increase the heat slightly and let everything cook for 20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the hash with grated cheese and put the lid back on so the cheese can melt (just a few minutes)
Spoon into bowls, top with sour cream and lime wedges. Or, serve from the skillet with a side of soft tortilla shells
