  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the turkey, grated zucchini (gently squeeze or press out any excess moisture with paper towels), 3/4 of the minced garlic, feta cheese, and spices
  3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into meatballs. If you make them golf ball-sized, you will end up with aprox 12 meatballs
  4. Place them on a baking sheet, lined with parchment for easy cleanup, and bake for 15 minutes. Flip them over, and bake for another 15 minutes
  5. While the meatballs are cooking, make the dipping sauce by stirring together the yogurt, dill, the remaining 1/4 minced garlic clove, and juice from 1/2 lemon. Slice up the rest of the lemon into wedges to use for serving

What to serve baked meatballs with

These meatballs are amazing on their own with the dipping sauce, but try these sides as an option:

Greek salad | Cut up a variety of bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives. Toss everything together with olive oil, fresh parsley, oregano, pepper, and minced garlic

Lemon potatoes | Cut potatoes in half or lengthwise and toss with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and lots of fresh lemon juice. Roast them in a 400F oven for 40 minutes, flipping half way

Orzo or long grain rice | Cook rice according to package instructions and finish with fresh parsley, butter, lemon juice, and sea salt

Zucchini pasta | This easy roasted tomato and feta zucchini “spaghetti” is just calling out for these meatballs!
