Key ingredients you will need for this healthy crumble recipe

Fruit: Any fruit in season will work in this recipe! We used peaches and frozen blueberries
Oats: Use rolled or quick oats, but avoid instant oats as they will get too mushy
Coconut oil: Pure, cold pressed, unrefined and organic coconut oil is best
Natural sweetener: We used honey and pure vanilla extract to naturally sweeten this crumble
Spices: Cinnamon and a pinch of cloves are perfect. You can also try nutmeg, all spice, or pumpkin spice
Thickener: We used cornstarch to thicken up the juice from the cooking fruit. This keeps the recipe gluten-free but all-purpose flour (not GF) or arrowroot starch (GF) also work
Nut butter: We used creamy almond butter in the crumble part of the recipe. If you need an alternative, try sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, or peanut butter
