  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 hot or mild Italian sausage, removed from its casing
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • Dry spaghetti, enough for 2 servings
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

How to make a spaghetti dinner in one pan

  1. Heat a small amount of olive oil on low-medium heat in a skillet or deep pan with a lid. Remove the sausage from its casing and brown it in the heated pan
  2. Add in the minced garlic, tomatoes, dry spaghetti, chicken broth and feta. Give it a stir, put the lid on the pan, and increase the heat so that the broth comes to a boil. Set a timer for 10 minutes
  3. After 10 minutes, turn the heat off, give the pasta a stir, and let it thicken as it cools slightly. Divide it into 2 bowls and serve with parmesan cheese
