How the program works

Step 1

We hop on zoom for an intake and assessment. I email you a requisition to take into your nearest lab and I mail you a body composition scale so we can track your progress together through an app

Step 2

You receive your personalized meal plan that lists the exact ingredients to build your meals with. Everything is uploaded to an app to make meal planning and shopping easy. You will know exactly how much protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats you need to eat at each meal

Step 3

You have my 1:1 support. I guide you through how to implement the program into your existing life so that you don’t feel like you need to cook extra meals. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about thriving again. Over the course of 6 months, we will connect on zoom, you can email or text me, and we make adjustments as needed as your body responds
